Acceptance of Terms

You agree to notify sy888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. sy888 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

sy888 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on player accounts in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to cooperate with all KYC requests, including the provision of identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited upon clearing, which typically occurs within the same banking day for transactions submitted before the bank's cut-off time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Processed within 1 to 2 hours of request submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank: Processed within 4 to 8 hours, subject to bank processing schedules.

• Coins.ph and InstaPay: Processed within 2 to 6 hours of request submission.

Withdrawal times stated above are estimates under standard operating conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or when pending KYC verification requirements have not been satisfied. sy888 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. The amount requested is the amount remitted to the designated account.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your name and matching the identity documents on file with sy888. Third-party withdrawals — transfers to accounts belonging to persons other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. sy888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
